It's your first time folding an Origami or you just want all supplies needed for your structure in one Kit? We provide completed Kits (sufficient for 50 pmol structure) that come with Staple Strands, Scaffold DNA, Buffer and the Loading-Dye for your QC Gel. All you need is a Thermo Cycler.

Ready-to-use Structures

You need a quickly accessible origami you can use directly? We offer prefabricated structures in different purifications.

You can receive your Origami un-purified, free of excess (by PEG purification) staples or ultra-purified (through Gel purification).

How can I purify my DNA Origami?

Depending on the level of purity to aim to achieve there is several approaches. By PEG-Precipitation, Filtration or Gel-Purification. We happily provide you with protocols for each and when purchasing a ready-to-use structure we offer different purification levels.
