Scaffold ssDNA - CS3-L

Available scales:

• 0.5 ml at 400 nM. 200 picomoles (467 micrograms) of single-stranded, circular DNA. The scaffold is provided at a high concentration to enable mixing of multiple different scaffold sequences.

The orthogonal scaffold strand sequence is based on the sequences described in the following publication:

There, the orthogonal nature of the scaffold strand sequences is used to, for example, assemble multiple separate nanostructures in a single one-pot reaction, or to assemble larger nanostructures containing multiple different scaffold strands, again in a one-pot reaction.

The scaffold strand that we offer is identical to the "CS3-L" sequence from the publication, up to 4 bases that differ based on our post-production sequencing results. It has a length of 7559 bases. A deletion at position 2245 (C), a substitution at position 3157 (A → G), a substitution at position 3391 (T → C) and substitution at position 4162 (C → A).
